Winemaking: Hand-harvested grapes, crushed and de-stemmed, then pressed and the free run was transferred into the temperature-controlled tank, the juice was inoculated with a suitable yeast culture and the wine was kept on its yeast lees prior to blending, stabilized,  fined and clarified in preparation for bottling.

Colour: Vibrant magenta colour.

Aromas: Delicious juicy flavours of strawberry and cream, red cherry, fresh watermelon, hints of pink grapefruit, followed by tangy, crisp acidity and refreshing raspberry aromas.

Palate: The palate is lively and fresh with flavours of strawberry and red currents. Soft mouthfeel and a brilliant line of acidity accompanied by a drop of sweetness, balanced by fresh, zesty finish.

Peak Drinking: Until 2026.
