Thank you for shopping with Corniola Wines. We value your satisfaction and strive to ensure every bottle of wine you receive meets the highest standards. This policy outlines our approach to returns, refunds, and replacements in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

1. Damaged or Faulty Products

If your wine arrives damaged, faulty, or is not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will offer one of the following options:

  • A full refund
  • A replacement item
  • A store credit    

Please provide:

·        A clear photo of the damaged or faulty product

·        Your order number and contact details

·        We may request the product be returned for further inspection.

2. Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange return shipping at no cost and promptly send the correct item.

3. Change of Mind

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases. Please choose carefully when placing your order.

5. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
