Prosecco, Italy’s famed sparkling wine, is made from the Prosecco grape also known as Glera in Italy. This Prosecco displays aromas of white blossom with hints of orange blossom and melon dominating the nose. The palate is clean and crisp with a fine bubble. Flavours of lemon sherbet, pear and honeysuckle. A well-balanced, fresh and fruity Prosecco, this wine has a lovely length and softness with good concentration and long, sweet, floral finish with peach and orange zest. Prosecco pairs well with seafood, savoury cheeses, cured meats and fruit or sweet and salty appetisers, or enjoyed on its own as an aperitif.
