This wine is made from Petit Verdot grapes from the Murray River Region of Northern Victoria. Petit Verdot is a late ripening grape traditionally reserved as a minor blending grape in the world famous Bordeaux wine blends. In warmer climates, Petit Verdot can make intensely bold, fruit-yet floral, red wine that can and do easily stand on their own.
