Grappa di Sangiovese is a high-quality Brandy distilled in classic copper still before being aged in small French oak casks, giving it an extraordinary mellowness, elegant and persistent, with scents of vanilla oak flavours.
After distillation, we have added 1% finished Sangiovese wine to the finished Grappa to give it a pink Rose’ appearance rather than the normal clear style.
Grappa di Sangiovese is ideal served at room temperature as a digestive after a meal or add a drop into espresso coffee.
