This limited release is made from low yield and hand picked fruit to produce a premium wine with intense colour, flavour, structure and regional characters.

Winemaking: De-stemmed grapes in open fermentation vats. Juice inoculated with a suitable yeast culture, the cap was hand plugged 3 times daily, with total maceration time of 12 days. The fermented wine was pressed into tanks to undergo malolactic fermentation.
Maturation: in 225 Litres new & used French oak barrels for a period of 24 months.
The four wines were then blended and clarified prior to bottling.
Colour: Deep Maroon with a purple hue.
Aromas: This wine exudes a delightful array of aromas from red cherry, strawberry to black pepper, spearmint and liquorice. The Petit Verdot component adds to the blend, intense dark fruit aromas of fresh blackberry, fresh strawberry and black cherry.
Palate: The palate is supple and bright, leading with sweet red plum, red berries and raspberry cream.
Peak Drinking: This wine will continue to improve over the next 5 to 12 years.
