A Classic example of a white, low alcohol %, sweet, fruity, Light style table wine. Vibrant and sweet, perfect balance of fresh, soft and fruity characters with clean and refreshing finish. Drink it very cold.
Winemaking: The grapes were de-stemmed into open vats& pressed. The juice was transferred into refrigerated tanks at minus 4 degrees Celsius for settling for 7 days. The juice was then transferred into clean tanks at room temperature and inoculated with a suitable yeast culture. The wine was fermented for two days and then chilled at minus 4 degrees Celsius to stop the fermentation and to preserve fruit flavours and natural sweetness.
Maturation: The wine was kept under refrigeration for 90 days, the wine was then stabilised, fined and filtered in preparation for bottling.
