Winemaking

Grapes were crushed and pressed and the free run juice was fermented in tank for approximately 15 days at temperatures between 13 to 16 degrees Celsius.

Maturation

The wine was kept on its yeast lees for 30 days, The wine was then blended, stabilised, fined and clarified in preparation for bottling.

Colour

It is bright, vibrant and youthful in colour.

Aromas

A cool climate wine that displays aromas of refreshing citrus lime zest, fresh nashi pears, honeysuckle, yellow fruit, lychee, Passionfruit & melon, with hints of fresh cut grass and savoury notes.

Palate

The palate is crisp and bright with wonderful mix of fresh stone fruit flavours and a clean fresh finish.
