Winemaking

It has been aged for 24 months in new and used French and American barriques, providing further complexity and fine tannins with cedar and vanilla on the nose and a lingering smooth finish.

Aromas

This wine exudes a delightful array of aromas from red cherry, strawberry to black pepper, spearmint and liquorice. The Petit Verdot component adds to the blend, intense dark fruit aromas of fresh blackberry, fresh strawberry and black cherry.

Palate

The palate is supple and bright, leading with sweet red plum, red berries and raspberry cream.

Peak Drinking

This wine will continue to improve over the next 5 to 10 years.
