Winemaking

The grapes were crushed and de-stemmed, skin contact for a few days to extract colour. The crushed grapes were then pressed and the free run was transferred into temperature controlled tank, juice was inoculated with a suitable yeast culture and the wine left on Lee’s prior to blending, stabilised, fined and clarified in preparation for bottling.

Aromas

Delicious juicy flavours of strawberry and cream, red cherry, fresh watermelon, hints of pink grapefruit, followed by tangy, crisp acidity and refreshing raspberry aromas.

Palate

The palate is lively and fresh with flavours of strawberry and red currents. Soft mouthfeel and a brilliant line of acidity accompanied by a drop of sweetness, balanced by fresh, zesty finish.
